According to Pedro Luiz Guidolin, a lawyer at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados, foreign companies seeking to hire Brazilians to work abroad , besides the usual red- tape , will have to observe the Administrative Rule provision 21/06 by the Labour Ministry that vests in the Immigration Department powers to authorize any hire.
