Latin Lawyer is delighted to announce the M&A and outbound investment shortlists for its sixth annual Deal of the Year Awards.
For each category, three transactions have been selected for the shortlist and are listed below. For the first time ever the winners will be announced on the night of our charity awards ceremony at the Hotel Unique in São Paulo on Thursday 29 March. We congratulate all the lawyers who took part in these leading transactions, and look forward to presenting them with awards.
