This year, once again, Machado Meyer is among the most prominent Brazilian firms in the Financial and Corporate Finance fields, according to the main international publication covering these segments, International Financial Law Review (IFLR), which has just disclosed its 22º annual ranking – IFLR 1000, 2012 edition.
Between the five practices (Banking, Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity and Project Finance), the firm is hanked as tier 1 in all categories. Notice that, within each of the bands in their respective areas, the law firms appear in alphabetical order. Therefore, all the tier 1 firms are equally evaluated, regardless of the order in which their names are mentioned. It is applicable to bands 2 and 3.
