Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados has helped the Brazilian branch of Floridian telecoms tower
company Phoenix Tower International (PTI), which is controlled by private
equity company Blackstone, buy tower operator T4U Holding Brasil from Israeli
private investment company Fishman Group.
