Machado Meyer, Tauil & Chequer, Mayer Brown and Milbank in Samarco debt tap

Brazil′s Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados and the New York and São Paulo offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP have helped Brazilian iron ore producer Samarco with a US$500 million notes offering.
Citigroup, Itaú BBA and Mizuho Securities acted as joint lead managers, while BNP Paribas, Mitsubishi and SMBC Nikko Securities were co-managers. All the banks were advised by Brazil’s Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown and the New York and Chicago offices of Mayer Brown LLP.
